Minimum Orders

For wedding favours and corporate gifts, our minimum order is 20 pieces. For larger events or wholesale orders, we recommend a minimum of 50 pieces to ensure cost-effectiveness and consistent quality across the entire production.

Production Timeline

After design approval, production typically takes 2-3 weeks for orders up to 100 pieces. Larger orders may require additional time. We recommend placing your order at least 6-8 weeks before your event date to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer Australia-wide shipping for all custom orders. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 3-5 business days for major cities and 5-7 business days for regional areas. Express shipping options are available upon request.

Payment Terms

We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the remaining balance due before shipping. For orders over $1000, we offer flexible payment plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
