Returns Policy
Return Period
Our returns policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both quality assurance and customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.
Eligible Items
We accept returns on products shipped by Hilda-Maria's Handmade Gifts under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Products must be returned with proof of purchase
- Items must be faulty due to manufacturing error
- Incorrect items received
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Products used or damaged after delivery
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials
Return Process

- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package items securely with all original materials
- Ship to the provided return address (not the dispatch address)
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time is typically 2-5 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
Special Circumstances
Please note the following special conditions:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information are not eligible for refunds
- Lost packages after confirmed delivery are not our responsibility
- Partial order issues will result in partial refunds only
- International returns may require additional processing time
